Recent Sales

Brennan Realty recently sold three income properties. Keith Brennan sold three apartment buildings from October 2018 through January 2019. Two of the apartment buildings were located south of the 10 Freeway and west of University of Southern California. These buildings consisted of a recently renovated six unit apartment and four unit apartment. Both were built in the 1920’s. Keith listed the properties and represented the Seller in both transactions. The third building sold was in Bellflower just north of the 91 Freeway and consisted of a duplex built in the 1940’s on a large lot. Keith listed the property and represented the Seller. The total transaction amount of the three properties was $2.43 million.
